4 Step Hair Care Routine to Grow Long and Thick Hair

Hair loss is a common problem nowadays. As hair is regarded as an asset that enhances one’s physical appearance, balding or thinning hair is a problem that many want to correct as soon as possible.


If you have thinning hair, there is no need to spend money on expensive treatments and products. Just follow these 4 steps.

Step 1 – Egg hair pack

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Milk
  • Lemon­
  • 1 big size Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Take 2 eggs with yellow part Add 4 tbsp of raw milk Add 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Mix it well Add juice of 1 big size lemon Apply this mask all over your scalp and hair Cover your hair with shower cap and leave for 45 minutes

Step 2 –Herbal Hair shampoo

4 tbsp Reetha (Soapnut) powder 4 tbsp Amla (Indian Gooseberry) powder 4 tbsp Shikakai (Acacia Concinna) powder 1 glass water 2 tbsp aloe vera gel 2 tbsp green tea. You can find all these ingredients in any Ayurveda or Herbal store. Mix all ingredients and leave it overnight Next morning boil this mixture Cool it down Wash your hair with this shampoo Rub your scalp gently and then wash it off.

Step 3 – Apply conditioner

Take 4 tbsp rice flour and 1 glass hot water. Mix them together. Leave it overnight Next morning use this water as conditioner.

Step 4 – Hair oil (Regular Use)

  • 2 slices Castor oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 cup Almond oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in clean glass bottle Add ginger slices Leave this oil in sunlight for 8 -10 hours and your oil is ready for use. You can use this oil regularly as a hair lotion.
