Hemoglobin is an iron compound found in our red blood cells. In fact, the red color of our blood is due to the presence of hemoglobin in it. Hemoglobin is an essential substance for the body, as it works as the career of Oxygen we breathe. Without hemoglobin, blood will not be able to carry oxygen from the lungs to other organs and tissues in the body.

1. Spinach
