So, here we bring you an alternative to this. It’s a simple drink with herbal ingredients. The main ingredient of the drink is super healthy Turmeric. Turmeric has antibacterial, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties.
The Drink is mentioned in the Books of Ayurveda as a healthy beverage that provides warmth, boost metabolism and promotes good digestion. Turmeric is also beneficial for internal organs and protects them from toxins and other damages. The drink also works as an instant pain reliever.
To make this drink, you will need following ingredients:
- Milk (Non-dairy) Coconut or Soy milk – 1 Glass
- Organic Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Ginger root – 5 gm
- Honey – to taste
The procedure begins with heating the milk. Once the milk is warm, add coconut oil and ginger root in it and boil for a minute. Then mix turmeric powder in the boiling milk. and then turn off the heat. When the milk is warm enough to drink, add honey to sweeten it as per your taste. Drink this mix every morning before your breakfast.
