Becadexamin capsule is a unique combination of multivitamins, essential minerals, and other nutrients. It works as a nutritional supplement and antioxidant. This multi-mineral vitamin is used for the prophylaxis of health and improvement of the immunity. Generic Medicine in The Capsules

Becadexamin is a combination of many vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. The compositions of each ingredient, along with their individual strengths are given below:


  • Vitamin A – 5000 iu
  • Vitamin B1 – 5 mg
  • Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) – 1 mg
  • Vitamin B2 – 5 mg
  • Vitamin C – 75 mg
  • Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 5 mcg
  • Vitamin D3 – 400 iu
  • Vitamin E – 14 mg

Essential Minerals

  • Zinc Sulphate – 50 mg
  • Copper Sulphate – 0.1 mg
  • Magnesium Oxide – 0.15 mg
  • Potassium Iodide – 0.025 mg
  • Ferrous Fumarate – 50 mg
  • Calcium Dibasic Phosphate – 70 mg
  • Manganese Sulphate – 0.01 mg

Dosage of This Capsule

The usual dose of Becadexamin capsule is to take 1 capsule daily after eating the meal. It is recommended to take this medicine in the morning with breakfast so that you will feel energetic the entire day. Take as directed by your doctor as dosage may vary on the condition of the patients.

NOTE: Taking extra or overdose of medicine does not mean that you will get more nutrition immediately. Our body has a limited capacity of absorbing nutrients from the foods we eat. Forcefully taking extra doses can cause the serious altercation. Always take Becadexamin as prescribed by a doctor.

Vitamin A: Vitamin a and it’s derivatives are also called retinoids or retinol. They help in the treatment of various health conditions such as nervous problems, irregular menstruation, eye diseases, infections etc. It also helps in empowering and strengthening the immune system.

However, Till now there are not any reports occurred which blame Becodexamin for harming the fetus or the mother.

This medicine has not been studied thoroughly. There are not any reports or studies which can confirm the exact effects of the capsules or it’s ingredients on the breastfeeding mother, neonatal or the fetus.

Zinc, Calcium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D  are harmful to the fetus if taken in large doses. Though, no studies have been conducted on humans or animals, to find out any side effect that may occur on having this capsule during pregnancy.
